Wonderful house for rent in Pals, to spend a unique summer vacation surrounded by nature, with incredible views and peace and tranquility to share quality time with friends and family.
The house is located in the Mas Tomasí area, a quiet residential area between the town and the beaches of Pals, close to supermarkets and shops so that you don't miss anything during your stay.
The best thing about the house is its exterior. The plot of more than 1,100 m2 gives rise to a variety of spaces in which you can play, relax, walk, eat... It has a large garden on different levels, a barbecue to prepare delicious meals and dinners, a play area for children...plus a terrace with views of the Empordà! It also has a small pool of approximately 3x1.5m that will allow us to take a refreshing swim on hot summer days!
The interior of the house will surprise you. A decorative style that combines rustic Empordà along with touches of modernity will make you feel at home. A spacious living-dining room, very bright with access to the terrace overlooking the garden, a fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is double and has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with wardrobes. Between both bedrooms we find a large bathroom with a shower. The third and last bedroom is a suite: a large bedroom with a double bed, a dressing area and a huge bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The house has stairs that will take us to the top of the tower where there is a desk for those who need a space to telework or study.
The house has all the amenities for a perfect vacation: swimming pool, Wi-Fi connection, charger for electric cars, space to park several cars within the property, washing machine, ceiling fans, etc.
