This cosy holiday rental house offers a large private garden with lawn, as well as a covered terrace great for outdoor dining. Access to the house is via this front terrace, which is spacious and equipped with outdoor furniture for 6 people and a built-in barbecue.
The interior of the house has an open-plan living-dining room that connects to a fully equipped kitchen. The house is on the ground floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout of the rooms is as follows: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom suite, with a special touch; this room has its own separate entrance from the outside of the house, offering greater privacy if desired. However, it is connected internally to the house through a door that gives direct access to the second bedroom (the double one). That is, from inside the house, to access one of the rooms, you have to go through the second room. The first two rooms share a full bathroom, while the suite offers that possibility of independence with its own bathroom, making it unique for those looking for greater privacy or flexibility during their stay. It is worth noting that there is a part of the garden enabled to leave your vehicle, and you can also park for free on the street.
The house is part of a quiet and well-kept community which offers a beautiful garden and a refreshing communal pool. This area, conveniently located across the street, allows you to have it at your disposal whenever you want to take a bath or relax in the sun, getting away from the hustle and bustle when you want to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your own space.
