You will like the house Ventallo from the first moment because it has all the necessary comforts to make your holidays perfect. The property is accessed through a sliding door and has an outdoor space to park two vehicles inside the house. All around, a line of trees, bushes and plants isolate the parking area from the pool area. An excellent private swimming pool, just in front of the outdoor terrace, where you can cool off in summer. The terrace and outside dining area is covered, and it is possible to make it even bigger as the sunbathing area in front of the pool has an automatic awning. It is perfect to enjoy the sun when you feel like it, and the shade when you want it.
The interior of the house is cosy and tastefully furnished. We enter the house through the front door and find the living-dining room, with a large window directly onto the outside terrace. The kitchen is independent and is separated from the dining room by a sliding glass door. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. Between the two bedrooms is the first bathroom with bathtub. Finally, there is a third bedroom with bunk beds and its own bathroom with shower. At the back of the house there is a small patio ideal for hanging out the washing.
The house has all the comforts for a perfect holiday home: free wifi, outdoor furniture, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking within the property, etc.
