Nice holiday home in l'Escala, just 150 meters from Riells beach. It is a very quiet area since it is located in a passage where cars do not circulate. However, it has the promenade with shops, restaurants and shops less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. An authentic marvel for those who seek tranquility on their vacation without losing proximity to the beach or the most active areas of l'Escala.
At the front of the house, we find a terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors at any time of summer. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and has an awning to protect yourself from the sun. The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living-dining room, the kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. From the dining room, we go up to the first floor where we find a bathroom with a shower, a very spacious room with a double bed, and another room with a double bed that has access to a small balcony.
The house has all the comforts to make your vacation perfect: a nearby parking area where you can leave your car for €1 per day, washing machine, dishwasher, television, etc.

Spectacular holiday home a few meters from nature and the forest, in a quiet area where you can spend a unique holiday with family and friends in l'Escala.Just a 12-minute walk from Montgó beach, walking along an incredible path in the middle of the natural park. The house AIGUES surprises you from the first moment. It has a very spacious and beautiful exterior, full of special nooks and crannies to enjoy the peace and quiet. An area with lawn where you can play or lie down in the shade of a tree. Solarium area around the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Two large terraces at the level of the house. The first one, in front of the barbecue with a long table and awnings to protect from the sun or wind and to be able to eat outside at any time. A few metres away, the second terrace is a veranda that can also be used and enjoyed in the low season. In summer, the doors and glass are removable so that it can be converted back into an outdoor terrace. Next to the large private swimming pool there is an outdoor shower, and there is also private parking for two vehicles inside the property. To access the house, stairs lead up to the entrance door. On the same floor we find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and also has a door leading to the terrace. The house has three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with television. Two bedrooms with double bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. Recently refurbished and elegant, this house has everything you need to enjoy a unique holiday in l'Escala. The best thing about this house is its exterior. It welcomes you with a beautiful garden and two outdoor parking spaces where you can leave your car. It has a large outdoor terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy long summer meals. Near the pool area, a chill-out area where you can relax and is also equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing and outdoor shower. A large private heated swimming pool, so you can enjoy the pool also in low season. The interior of the house welcomes us with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the kitchen island adjoins the dining table so that cooking is a shared experience. From the dining room and kitchen you have direct access to the outside terrace area. The house has three bedrooms, all of them with fitted wardrobes.
