Description
Rent a house with a private pool in l'Escala, located in Puig Sec and just 1,000 meters from Montgó beach. The Nicole house is designed for a family to spend a magnificent holiday in l'Escala, Costa Brava.
The town of l'Escala is located on the Costa Brava, there are many beaches around it and a great cultural heritage, close to the airport and the city of Girona. L'Escala allows you to enjoy cycling routes with the family, maritime experiences (diving, sailing, fishing), gastronomy, visits to museums or visits to the best wineries in the area. Its location allows you to have free time discovering all the tourist, cultural and gastronomic attractions of the area.
The house is located inside a fully fenced property, with a garden area. We access the garden through the pedestrian door that goes directly to the entrance of the house, or through the large portal that allows us to reach the garage. The house is divided into two floors that do not communicate with each other.
The main floor, which is located at street level, has three large bedrooms, two of them with sea views and a third suite with a full bathroom with shower and bathtub and air conditioning. All bedrooms have wardrobes and are doubles. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and is shared between the two other bedrooms. On this floor we also find a laundry room. The main floor has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen that gives access to a large terrace with sea views, prepared for large family dinners. This terrace can also be accessed from the living-dining room, which is spacious and has an air conditioning unit.
The lower plant is a summer plant. It is located on the pool level and consists of a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor we find a large double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower.
This house is perfect for a large family with parents, children and grandchildren...and has everything you need to enjoy a beautiful vacation on the Costa Brava!
