As you enter this lovely apartment, the first thing you'll find is the open-plan kitchen separated from the dining room by an elegant breakfast bar. The dining-living room is divided into two areas, a higher one where you'll find the dining table and a lower one with the living room area, with a sofa and TV. This area also leads out to the terrace, which has beautiful views of the garden and pool and has another table for enjoying meals outdoors. Continuing on, we find the first bedroom with a double bed, which has plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes as well as two smaller wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Next is the second bedroom, which includes a bunk bed and a single bed, making efficient use of the space, plus a large window that lets in lots of light. Finally, we have the spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is part of a charming community with beautiful gardens with grass for sunbathing and relaxing, and a pool to cool off on the hottest days.

This apartment is ideal for a holiday in Pals because it has everything. From the first moment you will feel at home. Tastefully decorated, it is very cosy, comfortable and has all the necessary equipment for your vacation. We enter the apartment and the hall leads us to the day area. In the first place we find the kitchen, fully equipped, and separated from the dining area with an American-style bar. Behind it, the living-dining room, spacious and bright, with access to the terrace with sea views. The terrace has comfortable and well-kept furniture, and also a front awning and two side awnings to protect from the sun and wind, if applicable. On the way to the night area we find a complete bathroom with a shower that is very charming. The apartment has three bedrooms. The first, with a single bed and equipped with a wardrobe. The second, with two single beds, wardrobe and exit to a second rear terrace with views of the community pool and garden. The third bedroom is a suite, with a double bed and its own complete bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has direct access to the rear terrace from which there are views of the pool. This terrace is equipped with furniture to relax and take advantage of this second exterior exit. The community area is incredible. Beautiful and very well cared for all year round, it consists of a large garden and a large swimming pool in the middle of plants, grass, flowers and nature. In addition, the apartment has a reserved space in the outdoor parking lot of the community area itself. The apartment is located on the tenth floor with elevator of the Bosmar Building, about 400 meters from restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and just 1 km from Pals beach. The area is quiet and pleasant, in front of an ideal forest if you like to walk and enjoy nature. The apartment is designed to make the most of its sea view. It has a large space shared by the kitchen, dining room and living room, with direct access to the balcony. This room has views from the Montgrí natural park to the Medes Islands. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and two chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, from the window you can see the sea.
