The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. It welcomes us with a large space that shares the kitchen, dining room and living room. It is very bright and spacious since it has a terrace in front (in the dining room) and another behind (in the living room). It has outdoor furniture such as a table and chairs for eating, and also some sofas and a low chill-out table. In the night area we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a desk, ideal for those who want to be quiet while teleworking. The second bedroom has two single beds. Between them is the renovated bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has all the amenities for a perfect vacation: swimming pool, proximity to the beach, parking, wifi, washing machine, dryer...
The environment is magnificent, it is located a few meters from the path that takes us to the magnificent beaches of Empúries and also a few minutes walk from the center of l'Escala. In addition, a few meters from shops and supermarkets. An ideal location.
