When you start working with us, we will give you access to the owners' extranet from where you will have access to the bookings, invoicing and statistics of your accommodation, which will always be up to date.
You don't have to worry about anything, we will take care of the communication with the guest, preparation of the accommodation, initial inventory, cleaning, bed linen and towels, check-in, check-out, incident management, etc.
Utilities, taxes, maintenance costs and community fees are the responsibility of the owner. The agency will be responsible for the commissions of portals and collaboration platforms, advertising and marketing costs, cleaning, laundry, etc.
During the rental period, only the agency will have access to the keys of the accommodation and will be in charge of giving access to guests and the maintenance and repair team, if necessary. Outside this period, no one will have access to the accommodation without the express consent of the owner.
We recommend the removal of objects with economic and sentimental value as they are difficult to replace in the event of accidental damage. There is also the possibility of setting up cupboards or private rooms, which will not be accessible to the guests, where the owner can store his or her personal belongings.
If the guests damage any element of the accommodation due to misuse, the cost of replacing or repairing it will be deducted from the deposit and paid to the owner.
The accommodation must have the tourist accommodation licence and have the certificate of habitability and the CEE in force.
